The cookie cutter is dishwasher safe, and comes sky blue as pictured. Color may change in the future. For the highest level of detail in the cookie, it’s important to keep the batter thin, with 1/4 inch thick being best. Thinner cookie bake faster and spread less. Also, removing the baking powder will help reduce the rise, reducing the spreading and loss of detail. When mixing the butter and sugar in the first steps of the recipe (called creaming), it’s important to not mix too long to avoid getting too much air into the batter.
